Instructions

1. Check: Place the thermal insulation base on a flat desktop, plug in the power, and gently press the thermal insulation base with your hand. You can feel the switch being on and off, and you can see the indicator light is on, indicating that the base is working properly.

2. Constant temperature: The cup needs to be cleaned for the first time, then filled with boiling water, and placed in the circle position of the heat preservation base. 3. Shut down: When constant temperature is not needed, move the cup from the constant temperature base to the table and turn it on with microgravity.

Return and refund procedure

Order Cancellation: 

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@myincensewaterfall.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
